Terms, refunds and privacy
Last updated October 29, 2026. These terms describe purchases when checkout is available.
Seller and support
Get FDE Ready is offered by Anup Pillai, based in Texas, United States. For account help, purchase questions, refund requests or privacy requests, email anup.r.pillai@gmail.com.
Purchases use Stripe Managed Payments. Stripe acts as merchant of record and handles checkout, applicable transaction taxes and payment documents through Link. The checkout page identifies the merchant and the payment terms that apply.
Your purchase and access
US$49 buys one calendar year of personal access to the current self-guided FDE interview preparation course. Any applicable tax is shown before you pay. Access begins after successful payment is confirmed and expires one calendar year later. There is no subscription or automatic renewal.
Stripe may offer payment in your local currency. Review the currency, applicable tax and final total shown at checkout before paying.
Sign in with the email address used for your purchase to access the course and saved progress. Keep access to that email account. Payment confirmation may take longer for some payment methods; a pending payment does not unlock the course.
The course includes lessons, practice material and saved progress. It does not include personal coaching, AI grading, code execution, certification or a hiring guarantee. Future standalone products are not included. Course material may be corrected or updated during your access period.
Personal use
Your purchase permits your own study. Do not share or resell account access, redistribute the course, or attempt to bypass access controls. Access may be suspended for abuse or unauthorized sharing; contact support if you believe this was a mistake. These terms do not limit uses or consumer rights that applicable law protects.
Five-day refund window
To request a refund, email anup.r.pillai@gmail.com within five calendar days after purchase. Include your purchase email and order or invoice reference. Do not email passwords, sign-in codes or card details. Refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method; bank processing times vary.
A successful refund, including a partial refund, removes the access provided by that purchase. A separate valid purchase still provides access. A payment dispute also removes that purchase’s access while it is reviewed. Contact support about payment or access problems. This policy does not limit refund or cancellation rights required by applicable law.
The five-day window is our voluntary refund offer. It does not limit refunds available through Stripe or Link under their terms, or any mandatory consumer rights. Stripe or Link may process eligible refund requests directly; use the payment-support link in your receipt for those requests.
Availability and expectations
The service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or technical problems. Contact support if an interruption prevents you from using your purchase. Preparation does not guarantee an interview, offer, or employment outcome.
Independent preparation material. Not sponsored or endorsed by any company, team or organization.
Privacy notice
We use your email address and account identifier to sign you in, associate purchases with your account, provide support and deliver service emails. We store the course progress, practice answers and notes you choose to save. Do not put confidential employer, customer or sensitive personal information in your practice answers.
We keep payment references, purchase status and access dates to provide course access, process refunds and reconcile payments. Stripe collects payment and billing information on its hosted checkout, processes payments and taxes when configured, and creates invoices and receipts. This app does not store your full card number or security code.
Our service providers are Cloudflare for hosting, delivery and infrastructure security; Supabase for authentication, account data and progress; Resend for sign-in emails; and Stripe for checkout, invoices and payments. Pages also request fonts from Google Fonts. These services may receive technical information such as IP address, browser details and request logs needed to deliver or secure their services. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where providers operate.
An essential secure session cookie keeps you signed in. The app does not use advertising trackers or sell your personal information. Payment and infrastructure providers may use their own cookies and process information under their respective privacy notices.
Account and saved-progress data are kept while needed to operate your account, unless you request deletion. Payment, security and support records may be retained as necessary for accounting, legal obligations, fraud prevention or dispute handling; deleting an account does not necessarily erase these records or provider backups immediately.
Email support to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information or saved progress. We may verify your identity before acting. Account deletion ends your ability to sign in and does not itself request a refund. Rights and available remedies may vary by location; you may also contact your local data protection authority where applicable.
Material changes to these policies will be posted here. Changes will not shorten the access period already purchased or remove mandatory consumer rights.
